Our facility requires a one-on-one Initial Assessment for new clients to start training. This is where we meet to chat about a few important things:
- Your training goals
- Training experience
- Potential limitations
- Injury history
- Your ideal training schedule
- Any medications you may be on impacting exercise
In this 45-minute 1-1 Meeting, we will sit down for a conversation to answer any burning questions you have and gather some information from you. Then we do a Movement Screen & Testing based on your goals, injuries, and/or limitations.
Testing for athletes includes:
- Vertical jump
- Broad jump
- Sprint speed
From this meeting, you will receive a follow-up email from your coach about next steps and things to work on. You will also receive access to our booking and training app (program depending) to get started!
New clients/athletes also receive:
- an Initial InBody 270 Scan for free
- Zeal Performance t-shirt or tanktop
- Zeal Performance sweat towel
- Peace of mind knowing you made the right decision.
