Come and develop your overall athleticism with us this summer!
Each Block will go Monday through Friday for 4 weeks with before and after testing:
- Dates: July 29th - Aug 23rd
- Times: 9:00 - 10:30am & 10:30 - 12:00pm
- Age Range: 13-17
Each Block will follow this basic structure:
30-45min: Movement Activity (Outside on Turf)
Mondays & Fridays: Run Tech, Speed & Agility
Wednesdays: Interval Training & Core
Tuesdays & Thursday: Aerobic
45-60min: Strength Development (Combination of Turf and ZEAL Training Centre)
Monday: Functional Upper Body Strength Training
Tuesday: Functional Lower Body Strength Training
Wednesday: Core & Flexibility
Thursday: Traditional Upper Body Strength Training
Friday: Traditional Lower Body Strength Training
Sessions will be capped at 12 participants on a first come first served basis.
