Athlete Development - Summer Program

Come and develop your overall athleticism with us this summer!


Each Block will go Monday through Friday for 4 weeks with before and after testing:


  • Dates: July 1st - 26th & July 29th - Aug 23rd 
  • Times: 9:00 - 10:30am & 10:30 - 12:00pm 
  • Age Range: 13-17


Each Block  will follow this basic structure:


30-45min: Movement Activity (Outside on Turf)

  • Mondays & Fridays: Run Tech, Speed & Agility

  • Wednesdays: Interval Training & Core

  • Tuesdays & Thursday:  Aerobic 


45-60min: Strength Development (Combination of Turf and ZEAL Training Centre) 

  • Monday: Functional Upper Body Strength Training 

  • Tuesday: Functional Lower Body Strength Training 

  • Wednesday: Core & Flexibility

  • Thursday: Traditional Upper Body Strength Training  

  • Friday: Traditional Lower Body Strength Training 


Sessions will be capped at 12 participants on a first come first served basis.
